Both have their own distinct identities, criteria and very individualized career paths. Although, an MBA and an MHA intersect and are mildly inter-related. It finally came down to which was the correct choice for me right now, and what I wanted to do with my career 2 years down the line, and which one of these programs best suited my needs..blah blah blah..essentially, I like health management and I was trying to decide if an MBA was a better path than the MHA.
Anyway, long story short, I've made my choice and I like the fact that no matter what anyone told me, I have to consider all the pros and cons, and work through the questions at my own pace before I make the choice. Of course, me being the way I am, I tend to drive my family nutty while I make that choice :)
It's all good though. Now that I've decided, I can focus on the next step - GMATs and MHA applications..Let's see where this road leads....
Oh, and before I sign off today, a very good friend of mine, Chaitali, is now designing jewellery and she sent me her designs the other day. They are so gorgeous, I cannot help but post it on my blog. I already warned her that she will have to design some stuff for me when I next visit India, but here are my favs. Apparently, you just order the designs by emailing her(chaitali7@yahoo.com), no fuss, nice eh?
Aren't they beautiful?
These are my personal favourites!
