A triad of words starting with romance and marriage, typically end with something sweet/loving, right? Not in this case. I was reading something online today, and this sentence was so hilarious, I had to post it...

"Marriages are made in heaven, romances in hearts and cash in Bollywood."

Sholay anyone?

Being Indian, it's rather a rite of passage to see-embrace-discuss the old Bollywood 'classic' Sholay. However, you cannot ignore the movie, and its impact. RGV's recent disastrous remake proves my point very effectively.

However, this spoof on the movie, is hilarious. Unfortunately, you should know the basics of the original Sholay and understand Hindi to really enjoy this ad.

I've repeated myself often enough in my blogs to emphasize the fact that I'm fascinated by the way in which words can be twisted to mean so many different things, based on intonations, context, emphasis, speaker, audience and even the language.
